49日至511日,博雅国际金沙直播app骨干教师詹斯喬、郭晓宇等四人赴北京参加由外研社主办的ITE雅思官方教师培训。本次课程由雅思考试主办方英国文化教育协金沙383tv直播权威研发,特邀三位专家主讲:雅思官方培训官William Bayliss解析考试评分标准,湖北大学外国语金沙直播app周红兵副教授(硕士生导师、课程与教学研究中心主任)分享听说教学策略,北京外国语大学苏乐舟博士(教育部"国培计划"专家)指导读写能力提升路径。

From April 9 to May 11, four key faculty members from Boya International College, including Zhan Siqiao and Guo Xiaoyu, participated in the ITE IELTS Official Teacher Training organized by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP) in Beijing. Developed by the British Council (co-owner of IELTS), the program featured three distinguished experts: IELTS official trainer William Bayliss decoding IELTS assessment criteria, Associate Professor Zhou Hongbing (MA Supervisor and Director of the Curriculum and Teaching Research Center at the School of Foreign Languages, Hubei University) sharing cutting-edge strategies for listening and speaking instruction, and Dr. Su Lezhou (expert in the Ministry of Education's National Training Program from Beijing Foreign Studies University) guiding advanced approaches to reading and writing pedagogy.

参加为期三天的雅思官方教师培训收获颇丰。培训师们将线上课程内容细致拆解,融入真实案例与创新方法,深化了我对教材的二次开发能力。外教William Bayliss通过互动式工作坊,示范了如何设计角色扮演、即兴问答等课堂活动,让我直观体验以学生为中心的教学模式。周红兵老师和苏老师也分别为听说和读写课程提供了新的教学思路,令人茅塞顿开。此次培训既强化了标准化教学框架,又启发了课堂设计的创新维度,未来我将尝试将情境模拟、分层任务等策略融入教学,提升学生语言应用能力。

The intensive three-day training transformed my teaching approach. Trainers expertly blended online content with real-world case studies, strengthening my ability to adapt teaching materials. Mr. Bayliss’s interactive workshops on role-plays and impromptu Q&A sessions exemplified student-centered methodologies. Professors Zhou and Su’s insights into listening/speaking and reading/writing respectively opened new horizons. This experience not only solidified standardized teaching frameworks but also inspired creative strategies like scenario simulations and tiered tasks. Moving forward, I will integrate these innovations to cultivate students’ practical language competencies.

此次雅思官方培训为我的教学实践带来多维提升。系统掌握CEFR与雅思的对应关系后,我能通过听、说、读、写四维度精准评估学生水平,构建科学的分层教学体系。明确区分需求分析(学习目标)与诊断分析(能力短板),使课程设计更有效弥合学生期望与实际水平的差距。口语教学方面,创新采用信息差活动、角色扮演等互动形式,重点培养学生的逻辑表达与交际能力,而非机械纠正语法错误。阅读教学则深化了T/F/NG题型中绝对化表述的识别技巧,以及Heading题的首尾句分析法,显著提升解题效率。课程中人工智能技术的应用尤为亮眼,通过语音识别系统实现口语实时评测,智能批改工具多维度分析写作内容,AI文本调校技术更能动态调整阅读材料难度,真正实现个性化教学。这些数字工具与传统教学经验的融合,使课堂效率与辅导精准度同步提升。此次培训将先进理念与实操技术有机结合,我将持续运用诊断评估、互动教学和智能辅助系统,帮助学生在科学备考中获得实质性突破。

The training multi-dimensionally enhanced my teaching practice. Mastering the CEFR-IELTS correlation allows me to assess students abilities across all four skills and design tiered teaching systems. Distinguishing between needs analysis (learning goals) and diagnostic analysis (skill gaps) has refined my course planning. Innovating with information-gap activities and role-plays in speaking classes now prioritizes logical coherence over grammar drills, while strategies like identifying absolute terms in T/F/NG questions and topic sentence analysis for headings have optimized reading instruction. The AI applicationsreal-time speech evaluation, multidimensional writing analysis, and adaptive text levelingwill revolutionize personalized learning. Merging these digital tools with pedagogical expertise promises unprecedented precision in classroom outcomes.

本次培训让我对雅思考试有了全新的认识。雅思官方发布的考试新趋势以及学生考试数据统计,让我对雅思考试如何精准测试考生语言水平的深层逻辑有了深入理解。英国专家William的课堂拆解听说读写四个板块课程设计,为雅思教学老师提供了坚实的理论支撑与丰富的教学工具,启发式、参与式的课堂充满互动活力,同时,全英文的授课环境也锻炼着参培教师的英语听说能力。周红兵副教授针对雅思听力与口语娓娓道来,课堂风趣幽默,为参培教师们分析真实的学生案例,让我对学生的真实需求以及如何针对性进行提升思路更清晰。让我印象最为深刻的是苏乐周博士的分享,苏老师语言学理论素养深厚,在课堂上针对学生阅读写作板块的常见问题,利用语言学理论,设计了科学有效、操作性高的教学练习方法,理论结合实践,使我收益颇丰。在接下来的教学实践中,我将把专家们的理论与工具融入自己的课堂,为博雅语言教学的高质量发展尽自己的力量。

This training revolutionized my perspective on IELTS. By analyzing official exam trends and candidate data, I gained nuanced insights into how IELTS precisely evaluates language proficiency. Mr. Bayliss’s deconstruction of the four test components equipped us with robust theoretical frameworks and interactive teaching tools, while the immersive English environment honed our own language skills. Associate Professor Zhou’s engaging workshops, enriched with authentic student case studies, clarified strategies for addressing learners’ specific needs. Dr. Su’s linguistics-driven solutions to common reading/writing challenges—blending theory with practice—were particularly impactful. I will integrate these evidence-based approaches into my classrooms to elevate Boya’s language education quality.

British Council expert William Baylisss analysis of scoring rubrics, combined with the CEFR-aligned evaluation model, enabled us to establish a dynamic diagnostic framework for tracking students language proficiency. Associate Professor Zhou Hongbings case-based approach to teaching listening and speaking inspired cross-cultural instructional innovationssuch as integrating comparative analyses of Chinese and Western academic communication styles to enhance cultural adaptability. Dr. Su Lezhous actionable methodologies for reading and writing instruction, particularly text analysis systems and logical structuring techniques, provided clear pathways for differentiated teaching. The AI-powered tools demonstrated during the training, including speech evaluation and automated grading systems, will inform our language centers digital transformation. As an academic leader, I am committed to systemic curriculum optimization through backward design principles and a "diagnosis-training-feedback" loop. These insights will fuel faculty development initiatives, fostering deeper integration of language training with disciplinary education to advance our international talent cultivation ecosystem.
